Steps
- If your life is at risk, call 112 or the police at 102.
- Call the government line 15 47 or La Strada Ukraine at 116 123 — free and confidential.
- The police can issue an urgent restraining order, and a court a longer one.
- Your community social services centre can help with temporary shelter and support.
- Free legal aid will explain how to protect your rights and your children’s.
