Step-by-step route

Support after loss

Steps

  1. Grief has no right schedule. Allow yourself not to be “strong”.
  2. A support specialist, CNAP or a legal aid bureau can explain the payments and benefits due to the family and how to claim them.
  3. If there are children, ask a psychologist how to talk with them about the loss.
  4. Grief support groups help you not to be alone.
  5. If thoughts of death do not let go, call 7333.
