Who we are
NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION «GRADIENT CENTER» (NGO GRADIENT), EDRPOU 46389902, non-profit, registered in August 2026. Two programmes: SYNTONIA — free social services and mental health for veterans and families; GRADIENT BUILDERS — technology teams of veterans, students and engineers building products for communities.
The statute and five policies are published in full; each programme’s funds are accounted for and reported separately.

Who is accountable

What you can fund
Free social services (SYNTONIA)
Psychologist consultations, social adaptation, employment support, family groups. Unit: a person who received a service; reported anonymised.
A GRADIENT BUILDERS team
Equipment, cloud credits, taking a prototype to deployment in a community. Unit: a team and a product.
Organisational capacity
Accounting, legal support, audit, team training — the hardest to fund and the thing nothing else works without.
Ways to partner
- Grant or earmarked donation — for a programme or a specific result; add “— SYNTONIA” or “— GRADIENT BUILDERS” to the payment reference.
- Social contracting by a community — services for veterans of your community under contract, once we are in the Register of social-service providers.
- Corporate partnership — equipment, licences, premises, pro bono expertise, mentoring for teams.
- Pilot — deploying a GRADIENT BUILDERS product in your institution or community.
